Natural Law of the FEATHER PHILOSOPHY
Who are you flockin’ with?
Nothing rings truer to us than the “Feather Philosophy” this week. Matt and I are preparing for our favorite week where we team up with 200 high school and college students from all over the country at Eagle U. (www.EagleUniversity.org). At Eagle U, young adults learn the tools they need to beat out the competition and get a 7-year career head start, but most importantly they learn the principle of FLOCKING. According to Jim Rohn,
You are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with.
Let that sink in for a second. You become like the people you hang out with. “Birds of a feather flock together, and flocking causes birds to be of a feather.” The way you become like other people is by “flocking” or hanging out with them.
To be successful, surround yourself with people whose success you want!
To be successful, surround yourself with successful people who you want to be like. I bet the people who have the success you want are goal-oriented people. I bet they take steps towards their goals regulary. The more you are around them, the more likely you’ll be to take steps towards your goals too. Those steps = PRODUCTIVITY. When you take steps towards your goals, you are becoming more productive!
When you take steps towards your goals, you are becoming more PRODUCTIVE.
Doesn’t that sound good? This week look at the people you are spending time with, can you make any adjustments that will help you move towards what you want? Make those changes and push forward! Use the Natural Law of the Feather Philosophy not just to guide your week but to guide your life. As always, shoot me an email at Maria@LifePlanner.guru to share your stories using the Natural Law of the Feather Philosophy. For more information on Natural Laws, visit www.StevenJAnderson.com.
