Take small steps in the right direction and keep moving forward. No one gets off track a mile at a time but inch by inch. An inch in the wrong direction can get you off track, an inch in the right direction can steer you back. So, be careful with every step you take because it might lead you to the wrong track. 

Slowly but surely. It is better to be slow in the right direction than to be fast and careless in the wrong way. Reflect on every move you make if it is in line with the goal you set. Do a weekly check. If you’ve done something wrong this week, make sure not to repeat it the next week. Fix it and do better. It may be slow but it is still progressing.

Remember that getting off track is normal. Roads may be bumpy and will throw you on the side road and you become lost.  Get up, fix yourself, and move forward. It doesn’t matter how many times we fall, what is important is we rise, learn our lesson, and keep moving forward.
