Having the desire is not the issue, it is the decision that you make about that desire. Desire is a strong feeling of wanting to have something or wishing for something to happen. While a decision is an act or process of deciding. Not all of our desires are good for us. Hence, we need to decipher and consider everything so we can come up with a sound decision.

But if your desire is to indulge in things that are not good for you, such as consuming excessive alcohol and unhealthy food you have to make a decision. A decision not to follow the desire.
