Pain is a part of life. But pain with purpose is worth the struggle. People avoid pain and struggle as much as possible. It is important to identify our pains. There are pains with purpose and there are also purposely pain. To help us get through the suffering, focus on the purpose.

We always hear this, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”. Pain helps us learn to cope with life’s inevitable difficulties and sadness. It will help us to develop the grit it takes to push past hardships and carry on when life is painful. We often engage in things that are not easy and painful like running a marathon. But we still do because we love the satisfaction and the fulfillment that we get from it. The paid payoff. There is a purpose for the pain.

Remember that nothing of value comes easy. If we want some valuable achievement we have to work for it. Embracing the struggle, the pain, and the disappointment is the first step. In this way, you’ll come to terms with your goal.

Keep in mind that God has a purpose for your pain, a reason for your struggles, and a reward for your faithfulness. Don’t give up because, in the end, it is worth the struggle.
