In life, as in sports, everyone wants the championship. Championships are brought by champions. We tend to give credit to the leader of the team but to secure a championship, each and every member of the team needs to be a champion. This goes for your team at work or your team in your personal life (family, friends, peers, etc).

Investing in each individual member to become a champion is the key to get the championship.

Focus on the individual rather than the end result or the goal. When the focus is centered on each individual to be a champion achieving the championship is a lot easier, more enjoyable and a much higher likelihood of getting to experience the championship.

Being a champion is not a natural gift you are given. If you feel you need a champion, become the champion and bring the championship.
