Assumption is a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof. Actuality on the other hand, is the actual existence, typically as contrasted with what was intended, expected, or believed. In short, it is the reality.

We have to determine your assumptions. It is better it write it down. We all have conscious expectations. We also have a lot of unconscious expectations, in other words assumptions. When our unconscious expectations are violated, we get surprised, even shocked. It is important that we become aware of our assumptions.

Make a reality check for each assumption you made. To which extent does your current reality satisfy your assumptions? We have to be careful with our assumptions, sometimes these assumptions are incorrect, damaging or even dangerous. We need to focus on the actuality.

Hence, we have to determine the gaps between our assumption and actuality. We need to know and recognize the reason for the gap so we can figure out how to bridge the gap. This bridging the gap between assumption and actuality starts with you and it starts now.
