Planning your day ahead and doing it every night will help you sleep better, get more done, and enjoy each day. Take five minutes of your night to plan for tomorrow. Simply sit down and reflect on what you are going to do tomorrow and make a list and put it in order that you’re going to actually do it. When you wake up the next morning, you are all set and you just have to follow your list and tick off each item of your list.
