Systems are simple to create. Most systems that we create however tend to die down. The reason for this is because of poor implementation.  There are MANY ways to improperly implement a system but the most simple, yet disregarded requirement to a system is continual use by all parties involved in using that system.  The Biggest culprit… usually the person who suggests the system. Don’t be that person. 

Always bear in mind that the system only works if everybody is using it all the time.
