Usually, we do daily tasks or monthly plans but we have seen that does not work so well.  The reason, a month is too long and a day is too short.  Life does not always go as we plan so we need the right amount of urgency with a fair amount of flexibility.  That is what a week is.  We feel planning 7 days at a time is like the “Goldilocks” of planning.  Not too long, not too short, but just right.

Planning your life one week at a time allows you the flexibility you need to take on the complexity that is your life.

So give yourself a break. Take 15 Minutes a week (THAT IS IT) and plan out your week. What do you have to do, and what do you want to do. Make sure to get a healthy balance of both done. You will be amazed at how much more you will get done in each day you have when you look at life one week at a time.
