You guys know the old adage that says, “If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day, but if you teach a man to fish, well you feed him for life.” That’s what Shawn will be doing for you on this track. He will be teaching you how to take your fitness goals, programs, etc. and put them in a framework that will actually help you stay on track and complete your goals.
NO, Shawn is not with you physically in the gym. This isn’t your workout plan either. This is a super simple and impactful structure that will help you accomplish the goals you want in your fitness journey.
Remember, I hate working out and Maria just LOVES it. So, sometimes my goals were as simple as “I show up to the gym 3 times/week” where Maria’s were huge increases for her squat or ANY OTHER exercise that she whoops my butt in. The cool part is – Shawn’s framework worked to help BOTH of us boost our goals.
