Shawn’s Video that Got Him On American Ninja Warrior

Shawn is known as one of the most enjoyable and knowledgeable Physical Trainers about finding what we love, and doing as much of that as possible!

Hey there,

Ok so we are almost ready to launch your “class” of the Life Pulse – Fitness Track.  We have limited spaces available.  So keep checking your email for our official release so you can grab your spot!

You guys know the old adage that says, “If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day, but if you teach a man to fish, well you feed him for life.”  That’s what Shawn will be doing for you on this track.  He will be teaching you how to take your fitness goals, programs, etc. and put them in a framework that will actually help you stay on track and complete your goals.

NO, Shawn is not with you physically in the gym.  This isn’t your workout plan either.  This is a super simple and impactful structure that will help you accomplish the goals you want in your fitness journey.

Remember, I hate working out and Maria just LOVES it.  So, sometimes my goals were as simple as “I show up to the gym 3 times/week” where Maria’s were huge increases for her squat or ANY OTHER exercise that she whoops my butt in. The cool part is – Shawn’s framework worked to help BOTH of us boost our goals.

Shawn is an elite athlete and fitness coach who understands that in order for fitness to become a part of your life, you need to feel confident with the plan.  No matter what level you feel you are in your journey, Shawn will walk you through strategies for setting the fitness goals you want, achieving the goals you set, and living the life you deserve.  The time spent with Shawn will transform how you view your physical goals not just for 90 days but for the rest of your life.

Stay tuned for an email from us when spots officially open up – don’t miss it!
