Life Pulse for Christian business owners

You Know What You Believe. The Question Is What the Business Funds.

Most Christian owners do not have a conviction problem. They have a translation problem: the values are real, and the calendar, the comp plan and the Monday meeting were built by somebody else — usually the last emergency.

Life Pulse helps you realign what you say matters with what the business actually funds with time, attention and money. Not a devotional bolted onto a business plan. Fulfillment is the metric. Success is the byproduct.

An Hour With Nick Vujicic on Who You Are Actually Relying On.

What Christian owners tell us

The Gap Is Rarely Belief. It’s Practice.

The values are on the wall and nowhere in the operating rhythm.
You are carrying the whole thing, and calling it stewardship.
Your best people are leaving and the exit interview is the first real conversation.
The business grew into something that no longer looks like why you started it.
You are succeeding at work you are not sure you were called to do.

God designed you for more than success. Bridging the gap between where you are and where you are being called is practical work: structure, rhythm and honest measurement. People are not the problem. People have problems.

What 2026 actually did to this industry

Four Numbers That Decide Your 2027.

Engaged61%

Christian-led organizations measure 61% engagement against 31% nationally, and a 33% productivity lift tied to it. Most owners have never measured their own.

Belief to practice75 / 51

75% of surveyed CEOs have a Christian background; only 51% say their faith actively motivates their leadership. That gap — not conviction — is the 2027 development agenda.

Per departure$45,236

The average total cost of one employee departure rose from $36,723 to $45,236 in a single year, and 86% of new hires decide how long they will stay within six months.

Skipped their own pay47.7%

47.7% of owners have skipped their own paycheck and 84.4% have sacrificed health, relationships or mental wellbeing. Owner sustainability is a business risk with numbers attached.

The Life Pulse method

Bridging the Gap™

Expose → Bridge → Sustain

01 — EXPOSE

Name the real gap.

Not the surface complaint. The distance between what you say you believe about people, work and purpose and what your calendar, your comp plan and your meetings actually fund.

02 — BRIDGE

Build the rhythm that closes it.

Weekly direction, real accountability and consistent touchpoints, tied to the values you already hold instead of a plaque in the lobby.

03 — SUSTAIN

Make it survive a bad week.

Ninety days is how long a new way of working needs to hold when a customer, a market or a staffing surprise tests it. Conviction is not the variable. Structure is.

What this work looks like

Three Gaps We See in Owner-Led Businesses.

The owner who is the system

The gap
Everything routes through the owner: pricing calls, escalations, hiring, the occasional payroll gap covered from personal savings. Stewardship language gets used to justify a schedule nobody could sustain.
The work
Expose what the business actually funds, build the delegation structure and weekly planning rhythm, and put the owner’s own week back under intention instead of reaction.
The result
Leaders own their roles against measurable goals, the owner gets time back, and growth stops depending on one person’s endurance.

Values on the wall, not in the rhythm

The gap
The stated values are genuine and no operating cadence carries them. Performance conversations happen once a year, and people learn what is really valued from what gets rewarded on a bad week.
The work
Connect values to daily actions and measurable goals, install consistent leadership meetings, and run the Personnel Performance Gaps process so gaps get named and closed instead of tolerated.
The result
Employees report feeling valued and invested in, communication becomes a habit rather than an event, and culture moves from intention to practice.

Success that stopped feeling like the point

The gap
The numbers are good and the owner is further from the reason they started than they have ever been. The wall is real, and it is usually alignment, not effort.
The work
Name the worthy ideal, audit the four areas against 365 days of actual evidence, and rebuild the week around what the owner says matters — with accountability that survives a bad month.
The result
Clarity on what has to happen now, a plan going into each week, and results and fulfillment finally pointed the same direction.

Questions Christian Owners Ask.

Is this a Bible study?

No. It is business work done by people who share your convictions. The faith track exists because the questions Christian owners ask about purpose, stewardship and people deserve straight answers — not because the tools change.

Do I have to be a Christian to work with Life Pulse?

No. The method works on alignment, and alignment is not a denomination. This page exists because a lot of owners want the conversation held in the language they actually think in.

We are growing. Why would we do this?

Growth is rarely the problem; what it costs you is. If this year is being paid for out of your health, your family or your own paycheck, that bill comes due with or without us.

How long does it take?

The conversation is 30 minutes. The core engagement is 90 days, because that is how long it takes for a new rhythm to survive a bad week.

What do I actually get for free?

The 2027 report, the “Who Is God?” workbook, the C-Suite for Christ resources, the worksheets, the alignment assessment and a 30-minute conversation. No card, and the conversation is not a disguised sales call.

Not sure it is a fit? Take the free alignment assessment first — ten minutes, no email to start.
