Do I have to give you my email to start?
No. You answer the first part before anything is asked of you. The email request comes after you have already done the valuable work, and it exists for one reason: so your own answers can be sent back to you. You can skip it and still see your result on screen.
How long does it take?
About ten minutes if you answer honestly. It is shorter if you rush, and the tool will tell you when you rushed - a result built on thirty seconds of thought is worth about thirty seconds.
Is this a personality test?
No. A personality test tells you what you are like. This compares two things you supply: what you say you want over the next 365 days, and where your time and resources actually went. The gap between those two is the finding. No type, no score, no label.
What happens after I finish?
