Align Your Actions with Purpose: The Intention Keynote
Overview | Build a week that produces what you said mattered
Building Your Intentional Week is the keynote version of the system behind The Intentional Week. It does one thing: it closes the gap between what your people say matters and what their calendar actually produces — because that gap, not effort, is what caps output and burns people out.
The room leaves able to connect every task to a purpose, to see their week as the unit of change, and to get their time back without lowering the bar. No prerequisites, any level, any industry — the structure is the same whether someone runs a department or a shift.
What the room leaves with
- Purpose-driven effectiveness — every task connected to something the person actually wants
- Execution that holds — priorities managed against a real 24-hour day instead of an ideal one
- No more “not enough time” — the excuse and the overwhelm that come with it, removed at the source
- Work and life integrated — one week, not two competing ones
- Hours back — up to 15 a week, spent on what they chose rather than what arrived
Why this lands now
Through structure and intention, Life Pulse helps organizations rise to the challenge in front of them, keep their people and sustainably increase performance regardless of what the market is doing.
Your hardest battle is internal. Whether your people thrive, barely survive or walk out is decided long before anyone resigns — it is decided by whether their week is connected to anything they actually want. Burnout is imminent when what the organization needs and what the individual wants are never put in the same sentence. Your competitors face the same market you do. The ones who come out ahead are the ones whose people have both the structure and the intention to keep performing while everything changes.
About The Speaker - Matt Granados
Matt Granados has been an entrepreneur since he was a teenager and built his first million-dollar business by the age of 24. Every one of those businesses taught him the same lesson: you do not grow a company by pushing people harder, you grow it by closing the gap between what people say they want and what their week actually produces.
The system he built to do that inside his own sales organization — a team hired largely off Craigslist that went on to outperform far more experienced ones — was picked up by one of the largest financial institutions in the world, which could not connect its corporate metrics to what its people actually wanted. Since then the Life Pulse system has been used by individuals, small businesses and organizations including Google, X and the United States Air Force.
Matt is the author of two #1 international best sellers, Motivate the Unmotivated and The Intentional Week. On stage he does not deliver motivation. He exposes the gap in the room, shows the structure that closes it, and leaves people with something they can run on Monday morning.
The Importance of Doing Good
A portion of this event goes directly to the Take Part Foundation (www.Take-Part.org) We feel very strongly that all things we do, should lead to Good. In our business (our world) we consider “good” to be thing that leads to growth and “bad” to be things that lead to decay. Take Part is definitely something that leads to growth. My wife and I started Take Part when we were told by doctors that there was nothing we could do about our daughters “ultra rare” (17th person in history) diagnosis of a genetic mutation. This diagnosis lead to her inability to use her muscles fully, and she now uses a wheelchair to get around. “Just waiting” for something different to happen was not an option my wife and I were willing to do. So, we started Take Part in order to help other families ‘Fight For Possible’. We are a project based funding 501(C)(3), where we help to fund doctors and researchers with great ideas, but get very little funding. With the help of many generous donations, we have been able to speed up research and help some of the over 30 MILLION kids with a rare disease who were also told…”just wait”. Please feel free to share Take Part’s website to anyone you feel could help or benefit from what their mission is and if you know of anyone with a pediatric rare condition… they can create a Warrior Profile at no charge today !
What changes
Every organization should start with a Precision Pulse Session.
A PPS starts with a gap audit — a custom plan built for your situation before you commit to anything. It tells you which gap is actually costing you, and which tools belong in your tool box. Everything on this page works better aimed at a named gap.
Looking for a keynote or workshop date?
Tell us the window you are working with and we will come back with what is open, what fits the room, and what it would cost. If a different tool is the better answer for what you described, we will say that too.
We have it.
You will hear back from a person with real dates and a straight recommendation — usually within one business day.
