Coaching & Leadership Development for Financial Advisors | Life Pulse
Matt Granados speaking to a room of leaders

Life Pulse for financial advisors

You Don’t Need More Information. You Need a Way to Execute.

You have the goals. You have the CE hours, the coach, the peer group and the planning software. What you do not have is a week that reliably produces what you said mattered — because the calendar is written by clients, markets and whoever needs you most at 4pm.

Life Pulse finds the gap between what your practice says it wants and what it actually funds with time and attention, then builds the rhythm and accountability that closes it. Results without sacrificing fulfillment.

The Ceiling Isn’t the Market. It’s Capacity.

  • 2Two variables separate top advisors from everyone else: time and people. Everything we build runs on those two.
  • 15Extra hours of productivity a week is what advisors running this system report getting back.
  • 10Capacity gaps are named in the annual report — alongside the six trends worth your attention this year.

What advisors tell us

Most Top Advisors Are Not Under-Informed. They Are Under-Supported.

You have goals, but the execution is inconsistent.
You know what should change, but the system does not support it.
You are carrying pressure your current structure cannot sustain.
You want results — but not at the expense of your family, your health or your clarity.
Your production is up, and your capacity is down.

Even a strong leader can be at a loss for the actual root cause. Any decent leader knows there is room for growth; the hard part is turning that into daily action, team alignment and measurable progress. People are not the problem. People have problems.

The Life Pulse method

Bridging the Gap™

Expose → Bridge → Sustain

01 — EXPOSE

Name the real gap in the practice.

Not the surface complaint. Where the stated priorities of the firm and the actual use of its two scarce resources — people and time — have come apart.

02 — BRIDGE

Build the rhythm that closes it.

Weekly direction, real accountability and consistent touchpoints, tied to values the team actually holds instead of a poster in the conference room.

03 — SUSTAIN

Make it survive a bad week.

Ninety days is how long it takes for a new way of working to hold when the market, a client or a staffing surprise tests it. That is the point of the program length.

Real case studies from financial services leaders

Three Practices, Three Gaps.

WatchBrandon L. · Financial services leader · 4:38

“The only thing we did that day was react.”

Reactive every single day

The gap
Every day’s goals got buried under client calls and market chaos, while disconnected leadership left the team stressed, unclear on expectations and without a path forward.
The work
A structured system with real accountability: weekly direction and consistent touchpoints that forced the team to pause, prioritize and actually execute on their goals.
The result
In 90 days the chaos became manageable, the team felt valued and aligned, and a maternity leave that could have derailed the year was nearly seamless — with space, for the first time, to think about how to be a better advisor and leader. He called it “worth every dollar.”

“Now I know what’s driving me.”

Goals with no system under them

The gap
Jason had tried motivational programs before with no lasting impact. He was goal-oriented, but had no system to break goals into daily and weekly steps tied to his personal values.
The work
Life Pulse helped Jason and his team surface their core values and connect them to their goals, using tools like the brain dump to organize priorities quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily.
The result
The team grew more confident, organized and motivated. Complaints went down, collaboration improved, and they expanded the business by pursuing group presentations and generating more leads and referrals.

“It’s like accountability on steroids.”

The mountaintop, and nothing left

The gap
A high-performing advisor reached the career mountaintop he had worked over a decade to build, only to find himself burnt out, managing a team he did not enjoy managing, and with no personal time left for family or anything else.
The work
Values-aligned coaching with customized accountability, practical tools for daily reactions, and structured team and personal time systems he could actually implement.
The result
The team became noticeably less reactive and more composed under stress, he reclaimed personal time for fitness and family, and the habits formed over the 90 days became a sustainable way of working.

In their words

What Advisors Say After the Gap Closes.

“I’ve been to the conferences. I’ve hired the coaches. I’ve learned the systems. Life Pulse was different. They didn’t just help me produce more, their process helped me find the most valuable asset to me… TIME. Working together we freed up almost 2 hours per day that I would not have believed was possible. This allowed me to become a producer capable of sustaining, scaling, and experiencing the fulfillment I desired. Getting better results than ever before, all while actually enjoying the success I’d worked so hard to build.”

Jeremy BlaineCFP, ChFC, CLU

“Working in the financial services industry can be highly complex and erratic, depending on the types of clients and problems solved. Life Pulse was extremely beneficial in being able to cut through the noise in order to improve output while also maintaining the ability to spend time with the family and things that matter most as much as I would like.”

Tanner DallasCFP, Private Wealth Advisor, Co-Founder of OPG

“Every financial advisor is limited by two resources — people and time. Life Pulse gave us the systems, coaching, and clarity to optimize both. They helped transform how we lead our team, serve our clients, and structure our business, helping us move from simply managing growth to building individuals and our firm. Growing both healthier, more intentional, and positioned for long term success all while increasing our results.”

  • 03 — The gap auditThirty minutes. Not a generic sales call: you leave knowing the gap between where you are and where you say you are going, and what would close it.

Before you book

Questions Advisors Ask.

Is this a practice management program?

No. Practice management assumes the model is right and the execution just needs tuning. We start one step earlier: whether the way you are running the practice is actually funding what you said you wanted out of it. Sometimes the answer is a process change. Sometimes it is that nobody has told you the truth about the real gap.

How long does it take?

The gap audit is a 30-minute conversation. The core engagement is 90 days, because that is how long it takes for a new rhythm to survive a bad week. What clients describe afterwards is not a program they completed - it is how they work now.

Does the team have to be involved?

Not to start. Most of this work begins with one leader. It spreads when the team sees the leader operating differently, which is a far shorter argument than a rollout.

We are already growing. Why would we do this?

That is most of the advisors we work with. Growth is rarely the problem - what it costs you is. Fulfillment is the metric; success is the byproduct. If the growth is currently being paid for out of your health, your family or your capacity, that bill comes due with or without us.

What do I actually get for free?

The Life Pulse report for financial advisors, the case studies, and a 30-minute gap audit. No card, and the audit is not a disguised sales call - you leave it knowing where the gap is whether or not you ever work with us.

Not sure it is a fit? Take the free alignment assessment first — ten minutes, no email to start.
