Program 1 — The Unbreakable Workshop
The bottleneck is me.
Build individual capacity to do more, succeed more, and experience fulfillment along the way.

Life Pulse / Construction Industry Programs
Two Programs. Four Customized Sessions. Digital Development. 12 Months of Coaching.
One live virtual session each month, built around the problems your people report between sessions — then a full year of Optimal Performance Coaching behind it.
Limited to 10–20 participants per cohort
Cohorts are intentionally small because every live session is customized around the people in the room and the problems they are actually facing.
Register Now — pick your program, pick your room, reserve your seat. · Not ready to register yet? Start implementing now with the tools we have used to help construction leaders put these principles to work. · Sending several people? Talk about group rates.
Program 1 — The Unbreakable Workshop
Build individual capacity to do more, succeed more, and experience fulfillment along the way.
Program 2 — Motivation Management
Learn how to properly manage the people you work with and address the people problems on your team and across your company.
What each program includes
01
Your problems are the agenda.
This is not a canned keynote or generic training. Each session provides customized solutions based on what the people in the room are actually dealing with.
02
The work continues between meetings.
Participants receive digital training and tools between each live session so the work continues between meetings.
03
Your development doesn’t end after Session Four.
Every participant receives 12 months of access to OPC — Optimal Performance Coaching — giving you continued group coaching, implementation support, and development throughout the year.
This is not four sessions and a video library. The four Precision Pulse Sessions begin the process — then OPC carries it for a full year: customized live sessions → digital implementation → ongoing coaching → 12 months of continued development. Total time commitment: less than an hour a week. Cohorts are capped at 10–20 participants.
If these sound familiar
These aren’t isolated problems. They’re symptoms of misalignment — from the individual worker up through leadership.
The core concept
Alignment is the fit between what people say matters, what gets prioritized, how they actually behave, and what the systems around them reward. When those four drift apart, you get exactly what you’re seeing: box-checked safety, burnout, office-versus-field friction, and training that evaporates by Monday.
Level 01
Clearer priorities and real ownership — people who know why the standard exists instead of waiting to be told again.
Level 02
Fewer conflicts and cleaner communication between office, field, and leadership — the same expectations in both directions.
Level 03
Programs that stick because the systems, incentives, and follow-up support the behavior you asked for.
The two programs
Each program is four live virtual Precision Pulse Sessions, one a month, in a small-group coaching model — with the matching digital training library between sessions and 12 months of OPC (Optimal Performance Coaching) for every participant. Each program runs in two separate rooms by position — Executive and Manager — because an owner and a foreman are solving the same problem at different altitudes.
Program 01 — Focused on the individual
Build individual capacity to do more, succeed more, and experience fulfillment along the way.
Program 02 — Focused on leading other people
Learn how to properly manage the people you work with and address the people problems on your team and across your company.
Not sure which?
If the bottleneck is you — your time, energy, capacity — start with Unbreakable.
If the bottleneck is them — the people you lead and the people problems on your team — start with Motivation Management.
Companies sending several people often split: leaders into one, their managers into the other.
How it works
You meet live and virtual, once a month. Each session covers the topic it was designed to cover and the live issues participants are facing, surfaced through a survey taken between sessions. That is what makes it a Precision Pulse Session — a real-time diagnosis of real problems, not a canned keynote or a sales pitch. Between sessions, participants work the digital training for their program. Total commitment: less than an hour a week.
In the session — both programs
Step 1
Your leadership picks the issue
You choose the topic or performance problem the cohort works on — turnover, safety behavior, accountability, capacity, whatever is actually costing you.
Step 2
Everyone is surveyed between sessions
Every participant reports their role, their context, and the roadblock in front of them right now. That input is what the next session gets built on.
Step 3
Live virtual session, once a month
We teach the designed topic, then put it against what the group reported: root causes exposed, solutions that have already worked elsewhere, decisions made in the room.
4 sessions per program · cameras on · 10–20 participants
Why it lands
Real-time solutions to real-time problems
Most consultants tell you what they can do. We show you what we have already done, then customize it for your situation. Success isn’t what we deliver — it’s what you experience.
Between sessions — choose your program’s library
The Unbreakable Workshop
The Foundation — Increase Bandwidth, Minimize Burnout
The LP 9-part planning process, the four Vital Signs of Fulfillment, and the shift from multitasking to single focus.
13 individual trainings · participants report gaining 2–3 productive hours per day
The Power — Manage Weaknesses, Leverage Strengths
Unlock strengths that stay bottled up through lack of awareness, define core values, and plan the week against them.
7 individual trainings
The Glue — Discover Purpose, Eliminate Excuses
Connect company purpose to the value of your own position, build a personal decision filter, and narrow purpose to one sentence.
14 individual trainings
Motivation Management
Phase 1 — Laying the Foundation
The groundwork for managing motivation: what actually drives the people you lead, and the language to talk about it without guessing.
Weeks 1–4
Phase 2 — Accelerating Progress
Turning that foundation into movement — momentum, accountability, and follow-through that holds when you are not standing there.
Weeks 5–8
Phase 3 — The 90-Day Goal Rush
Driving a defined goal to completion with your team, plus the Life Pulse Planner to run the weekly rhythm.
Weeks 9–12
How the live sessions and the trainings fit together. The four live sessions are Precision Pulse Sessions — customized each month to the issues your people report in the survey, not a fixed lecture. The digital workshops are what participants work through between those sessions: Unbreakable — Foundation, then Power, then Glue; Motivation Management — Phase 1 (weeks 1–4), Phase 2 (weeks 5–8), Phase 3 (weeks 9–12). Session-by-session detail is in each program’s outline PDF above.
After and between the sessions — both programs
Included with either program
Your development doesn’t end after Session Four.
Every participant receives 12 months of access to OPC — Optimal Performance Coaching: continued group coaching, implementation support, and development throughout the year. That is what makes this a full 12-month engagement at a fraction of the cost of traditional year-long coaching or leadership development — not four sessions and a login.

How the groups are broken out
Whichever program you choose, it runs in two separate rooms based on where you sit. An owner deciding whether to restructure a division and a superintendent holding a crew accountable on Tuesday morning are solving the same problem at different altitudes — and they talk straighter when they aren’t in the room together. You pick your program and your room when you register.
Room 01
For the people who own the outcome of the whole company — who set direction, carry the P&L, and answer for culture across crews they don’t see every day.
What the room works on: company-wide alignment, the leadership layer beneath you, and the problems you can’t say out loud in front of your own team.
Room 02
For the people who turn direction into work — who run the crew, the job, or the department, and absorb the pressure from both sides.
What the room works on: daily execution, holding people accountable without becoming the bottleneck, and managing up as well as down.
Sending several people? Most companies split them — leadership into the Executive room, their managers into the Manager / Leader room — so both levels get the same language without either one holding back. Ask about group rates.
What’s expected of you
Engagement is required.
This only works if you show up. The commitment is deliberately small: one live virtual session a month, the digital training between sessions, and honest answers on the survey. Small groups of 10–20 mean your participation is what makes the session worth attending — for you and for everyone else in the room.
What you’ll walk away with
Individual capacity — for the person in the seat.
People problems — for everyone you’re responsible for.
These are not canned programs where every participant gets the same conversation regardless of their circumstances. Every session is built on what the people in the room report that month, and the tools go out with the session they belong to.
Construction leaders, in their words
Every quote below is real and unedited — taken word for word from post-session evaluations and program exit surveys completed by construction professionals at industry association events and inside a commercial concrete contractor. Quotes are published by role only, so the people who wrote them stay anonymous.
“I found the information relevant and directly related to what I’m juggling presently. I’m a high-performance achiever and I struggle with finding the time and sustaining the effort required to produce. I’ve recently accepted a management position and would like to be a better leader/manager and scale.”
Project Manager
“Proactive steps to creating optimal performance and how to transcend your skills beyond work to home and community.”
Safety Director
“It has helped me realize that everyone is motivated by different things and the goal is to find what motivates each person to get the best response from them.”
Superintendent
“This has helped me to keep a level head especially with stuff out of my hands and control… we have last minute fire drills to get companies approved to start the project. But with proper planning goes a long way.”
HR & Leadership Specialist
“What I have learned is to allow time in your schedule for the unexpected. Love that concept and only planning one week at a time.”
Director
“This course is helping me fine tune my daily interactions with my team members… I am taking pieces of each course and trying to implement them in my daily work and personal life.”
Site Manager
What the same cohort reported at exit
Self-reported growth, averaged across the participants of one contractor’s Motivation Management cohort at the exit survey. Nearly 70% of the company’s invited team engaged with the program, and over half stayed current with the content throughout.

Program details & logistics
| Programs | The Unbreakable Workshop — individual capacity. Motivation Management — managing people and people problems. Each runs on its own schedule and can be taken separately or back to back. |
|---|---|
| Format | 4 Precision Pulse Sessions per program, live virtual, once a month, followed by 12 months of OPC. Each session covers its designed topic plus the live issues participants report in the between-session survey. |
| Between sessions | Digital training and tools — Unbreakable in order (Foundation, then Power, then Glue) or the 26-video Motivation Management library in its three phases — plus the between-session survey that customizes the next live session. |
| Ongoing coaching | 12 months of OPC — Optimal Performance Coaching for every participant: continued group coaching, implementation support, and development after and between the live sessions. Makes this a full 12-month engagement. See what OPC includes. |
| Time commitment | Less than 1 hour of work per week, including the monthly live session, the digital training, and the survey. Engagement is required. |
| Attendance | Live attendance required, camera on. One absence excused with a written reason. Missing more than 50% of the live sessions may disqualify a participant from certification unless the instructor confirms the work, recording reviews, and survey participation. |
| Investment | Manager / Leader room $1,500 per person, per program. Executive room $2,000 per person, per program. Both programs: 10% off both — $2,700 (Manager / Leader) or $3,600 (Executive). |
| Cohort rooms | Every program runs two rooms by position — Executive and Manager / Leader. Participants select their program and room at registration. See how the rooms break out. |
| Group size | 10–20 participants per cohort — intentionally small, because every session is customized around the people in it. |
| Series start date | Wednesday, December 2, 2026. That is the first session of the series. If the confirmed schedule creates a conflict for you, a full refund is available. |
| Day & time | The first Wednesday of the month, 9:00–10:30 AM Central. Individual schedules are worked around where we can, and every session is recorded for anyone who cannot make a date live. |
| Recordings | Every session is recorded. Recordings are posted to participants after each session — and reviewing the recording is what keeps an excused absence from costing you certification. |
| Included | The complete digital training for the program purchased — Unbreakable: Foundation, Power and Glue; Motivation Management: all 26 videos across three phases — plus the Life Pulse Planner in both digital and physical form, the implementation tools used between sessions, and 12 months of OPC. |
| Payment | Pay in full at checkout, or three monthly payments — both available on every order, both programs, both rooms. |
| Refunds & transfers | Full refund more than 14 days before the first session. If the confirmed cohort schedule conflicts with yours, a full refund is available. Inside 14 days the seat transfers to anyone else in your company at no charge. After the cohort starts, tuition is non-refundable, with a one-time move to the next cohort if the schedule becomes impossible. |
| Group & company options | Group rates and private company cohorts are available. Ask about group options. |
The math
Before you look at the price, look at what the alternative costs. Every superintendent, PM and foreman who quits takes the schedule, the crew relationships and the client trust with them — and you pay for it twice: once to replace them, and again in what the job loses while the seat is empty.
| Role | Average direct replacement cost | Reported range | Time to fill |
|---|---|---|---|
| Project manager | $45,300 | $35,000–$58,000 | 16–20 weeks |
| Superintendent | $28,700 | $22,000–$38,000 | 12–16 weeks |
| Foreman | $22,400 | $18,000–$29,000 | 10–14 weeks |
| Safety coordinator | $19,600 | $15,000–$26,000 | 8–12 weeks |
Sources. Replacement cost multiple: Gallup, “This Fixable Problem Costs U.S. Businesses $1 Trillion” — “the cost of replacing an individual employee can range from one-half to two times the employee’s annual salary — and that’s a conservative estimate.”
Construction manager pay: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Outlook Handbook: Construction Managers — median annual wage $106,980 (May 2024).
Role-level replacement costs and time to fill: The Resource Company, “Average Turnover Rate in Construction Industry: 2025 Research”. Cost including project disruption: Patriot Recruitment, “Construction Industry Turnover” ($50,000–$150,000 per PM or superintendent). Direct cost per hire for context: SHRM, 2025 Benchmarking Reports — $5,475 non-executive, $35,879 executive, recruiting spend only.
Take the most conservative number on this page — $28,700 to replace one superintendent, direct cost only, no schedule impact. That single departure funds 19 Manager seats at $1,500, or 14 Executive seats at $2,000.
Use the Gallup-and-BLS floor instead — $53,490, half the median salary of one construction manager — and it funds 35 Manager seats or 26 Executive seats.
You do not have to keep everyone. Keeping one person you were going to lose pays for the whole room.
Here is what $1,500 gets you with Life Pulse — and how the investment increases across comparable leadership and development offerings. Every price below is published, per-participant 2026 tuition. Questions
OPC is Optimal Performance Coaching. Every participant in either program gets 12 months of access to it, included in the price. Your four Precision Pulse Sessions begin the process; OPC keeps it going with continued group coaching, implementation support, and development across the year — so this is a 12-month engagement, not a four-session course. See what OPC includes.
It’s built for construction. The alignment framework works anywhere, but every example, exercise, and session discussion in this cohort comes from contractors, field leadership, and safety — which is exactly why it lands differently than a general leadership course.
Live attendance is required, with your camera on. Missing one session is acceptable if you submit a written reason. If you miss more than half the live sessions, you may not qualify for certification — unless the instructor confirms you completed the digital work, reviewed the recordings, and participated in the surveys.
Less than an hour of work per week. The assigned digital training, the survey, and the private coaching group — plus the one live virtual session each month. Engagement is required; the volume is not the hard part.
Same problem, different angle. The Executive room works company-wide decisions, the leadership layer, and P&L consequences ($2,000). The Manager / Leader room works daily execution, crew accountability, and managing up as well as down ($1,500). You pick your room at registration, and you are in a room of peers either way.
The digital trainings are part of it, but they’re the homework, not the program. Participants watch the modules between sessions — Foundation, Power, and Glue for Unbreakable, the 26-video library for Motivation Management — and the live sessions are spent diagnosing and solving what your people are actually dealing with.
Before each session, every participant submits their role, context, and biggest roadblock. We build the session around what comes back, expose the root causes underneath it, and work them live. The framework is fixed; the content of the conversation is yours.
If the bottleneck is you — time, energy, capacity, feeling maxed out — take The Unbreakable Workshop. If the bottleneck is the people you’re responsible for — engagement, accountability, attitude, turnover — take Motivation Management. Many companies send leaders to one and their managers to the other, then flip in a later semester.
Yes, and plenty of leaders should. Take both programs and you get 10% off both — $2,700 instead of $3,000 in the Manager / Leader room, $3,600 instead of $4,000 in the Executive room. Most people run one program and then the other.
Yes. Group rates and private single-company cohorts are available. Request group pricing and we’ll size it to your seats.
Cancel more than 14 days before the first session and you get a full refund. Inside 14 days, the seat is transferable to anyone else in your company at no charge — just tell us who is coming instead. Once the cohort has started, tuition is non-refundable, but if the season makes the schedule impossible you may move your seat to the next cohort one time.
Normal training ends when the room empties. This is four live sessions built around the problems participants report before each one, with digital training and a private coaching group carrying the work between them — so the change shows up on the job site, not just in the notes.

Last thing
REALIGN
Two programs. Four customized sessions. Digital development. 12 months of coaching.
This is for construction leaders who are done with rah-rah and want the behavior to change on Monday. Executive and Manager / Leader rooms, 10–20 seats per cohort, and coaching that runs for a full year after the sessions start.
