“Execution is a non-negotiable.”

Ninety seconds on the standard the room is held to. Sound on.

Matt Granados on why execution is the non-negotiable at REALIGN
Overview

You’ve already proven you can achieve.
REALIGN asks a different question.

You’ve already proven you can achieve. REALIGN creates the space to step outside the pace of your success and ask a different question: Is what I’m achieving aligned with who I actually want to be and what matters most?

In an intimate room of successful leaders from different industries and arenas, you’ll challenge the assumptions and definitions that have shaped your success, expose areas of misalignment, and gain perspective you rarely get while operating at your normal pace.

This isn’t about slowing down, lowering your ambition, or sacrificing results. It’s about redefining success so fulfillment becomes part of the outcome, not the trade-off. You’ll leave REALIGN with greater clarity, practical tools, and a path to align how you live and lead with the success you actually want to create.

What you’ll gain at REALIGN

Eight things you leave with.

  • 01A process to redefine success so fulfillment becomes part of the outcome, not the trade-off
  • 02Tools to expose the gaps between what you’re achieving and what actually matters most
  • 03Practical strategies to realign your time, priorities, and decisions with who you actually want to be
  • 04Cross-industry perspectives that challenge how successful leaders think about achievement, fulfillment, and performance
  • 05Frameworks to create greater alignment within yourself, your leadership, and the teams you lead
  • 06Conversations that challenge the assumptions and definitions that may have driven your success to this point
  • 07A clear path toward greater fulfillment without sacrificing the results you’ve worked so hard to achieve
  • 08A practical process to turn clarity into sustainable alignment long after REALIGN ends

Who attends REALIGN

REALIGN is not designed to teach you how to become successful.
It’s designed for people who already are.

This is an intimate experience for successful executives, entrepreneurs, and professional athletes who have proven they can achieve at a high level and refuse to settle for success alone. REALIGN brings accomplished leaders from different arenas together to examine what they’re building, challenge how they define success, and create greater alignment between what they achieve, who they want to be, and what matters most.

Executives

You know how to lead, make difficult decisions, and produce results. REALIGN gives you the opportunity to step outside the demands of leadership and examine whether the way you’re leading, living, and measuring success is aligned with what matters most—then bring that alignment back to the people and organization you lead.

Entrepreneurs

You’ve built what others only talk about building. Your ambition, creativity, and willingness to take risks have produced results. REALIGN challenges you to make sure what you’re building externally remains aligned with the life you want internally, so greater fulfillment doesn’t require sacrificing continued growth.

Professional Athletes

You understand discipline, sacrifice, and performance at a level few people ever experience. REALIGN creates the opportunity to look beyond the scoreboard and intentionally define what success means across your entire life, so your identity, relationships, influence, and next chapter are aligned with more than what you accomplish in competition.

Session details

What the sessions cover.

The Value of Alignment: Ensuring the Success You Chase Is Worth It

The opening session sets the standard for the two days. Before you optimize anything, you decide what is worth optimizing. Leaders map what they are actually chasing against what they say matters, see where the two have drifted apart, and name the cost of staying out of alignment — in output, in people, and at home. You leave with the measure you will hold every session, goal and decision against for the rest of the event: not just am I succeeding, but is this success worth what it takes to get it?

Foundation Session

Increase your bandwidth and minimize burnout. The Foundation session exposes what is actually draining your capacity, and rebuilds the base that everything else in your leadership stands on.

Power Session

Manage your weaknesses and leverage your strengths. The Power session shows you where your effort is being spent against your design, and how to point it back at the work only you can do.

Glue Session

Discover your purpose and eliminate excuses. The Glue session connects the work to the why - the piece that holds performance together when motivation runs out.

REALIGN Session

REALIGN is where momentum meets mastery. After two days of breakthrough learning, this session fuses it all into a clear, actionable plan for the week ahead—no fluff, no theory. You’ll leave with your next seven days locked, loaded, and aligned with purpose—because practice starts now, and impact doesn’t wait.

Alive Session

After two days of deep work, the ALIVE session delivers the payoff: goals that aren’t just smart—they’re anchored in what actually matters. By tying each goal to personal and organizational values, attendees build traction-ready targets with a dramatically higher likelihood of follow-through. This isn’t theory—it’s the moment where clarity meets conviction, and execution becomes inevitable.
