Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Life Pulse Inc (“Life Pulse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects about you, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to www.lifepulseinc.com and the other websites, stores, communities, applications and forms we operate (together, the “Site”), and to the coaching, training, workshops, keynotes, events, digital products and community memberships we provide (together, the “Services”).
Life Pulse is a performance and alignment company. We work with individuals, teams and organizations. Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. By using the Site or the Services, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Contact and profile information — your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, role or job title, and anything else you choose to type into a form, survey, assessment, registration or message.
- Your answers. When you use the free custom journey, the alignment assessment, a gap analysis, an event registration or a post-session evaluation, we keep the answers you give so a real person can read them and respond to your situation.
- Purchase information. When you buy a tool, program, session, membership or event ticket, we receive your name, email, billing address, what you bought and when. Card numbers are entered on our payment provider’s checkout and are processed by them — Life Pulse does not receive or store your full card number.
- Content you send us — emails, support requests, community posts, survey and feedback responses, and any files or documents you choose to share with us during an engagement.
Information collected automatically when you visit.
- Device and log information — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view on our Site and the dates and times you view them.
- Site usage and video engagement. We record, on our own servers, anonymous measurements of how our pages and videos are used — for example that a video was started, and how far through it a visitor watched. These measurements use a random session identifier and are not tied to your name.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files used to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. See “Cookies and tracking” below.
Information from other sources. If you attend a session we deliver for your employer, an association or a conference, that organization may give us your name, email and role so we can deliver the program and, where applicable, issue a certificate. We may also receive information from event or webinar platforms you register through, and from publicly available business sources.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government-issued ID numbers, financial account numbers, health records or other sensitive personal information. Please do not send them to us. We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation data.
How we use information
- Deliver what you asked for — the custom journey, the assessment result, the download, the program, the session, the community access or the event ticket.
- Communicate with you about your purchases, registrations, materials and support questions.
- Send you marketing email — articles, tools, event invitations and offers — when you have given us your address for that purpose. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Send you text messages (SMS) — reminders, program content, event information and offers — when you have given us your mobile number and agreed to receive them. See “Text messages (SMS)” below.
- Improve the Site, our tools and our programs — understanding which pages, videos and resources are useful, and which are not.
- Run the business: accounting, security, fraud prevention, enforcing our terms, and meeting our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who run parts of our business for us, under contract and only to do the work we hired them for: website hosting, our customer relationship and email platform, our store and payment processing, scheduling, file storage, video hosting and delivery, analytics, and the platforms that host our podcast and community.
- Your organization, when your employer, association or event host has engaged us to deliver a program to a group you are part of — for example attendance, completion and certification, and aggregate (not individually identified) results from cohort surveys.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers — where necessary.
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Life Pulse, our clients or the public.
- A business transfer — if Life Pulse is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Testimonials, quotes and results are published only with the client’s permission, and anonymously unless they have agreed to be named.
Cookies and tracking
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function (security, caching and page delivery), plus measurement tools that tell us how the Site is used. If we run advertising or third-party analytics tags on the Site, they may also set cookies.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block all cookies, parts of the Site may not work. Some of our pages embed video from Vimeo and YouTube; when you play an embedded video those providers may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
Text messages (SMS)
Life Pulse sends text messages to people who have asked to receive them. This section explains how that works.
How we get your consent. We text you only if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to receive messages at it — by checking the consent box on one of our web forms, by giving your number when you register for an event, book a session or buy a program, by texting us first, or by telling a member of our team in writing. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us, and we do not add numbers we obtained any other way.
What we send. Two kinds of messages: service messages tied to something you bought or registered for (confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, access links and support replies), and marketing messages (articles, tools, event invitations and offers). Message frequency varies by what you signed up for.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Life Pulse does not charge you for the messages themselves.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Support@LifePulseInc.com or (636) 698-7104. You can also ask us to remove your number at any time by writing to that address.
We do not share your number for marketing. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with the messaging and customer-relationship providers that send the messages for us, under contract and only to deliver our own messages, and where the law requires it.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be available on all carriers.
Your choices and rights
- Email. Click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email, or write to us. You will still receive messages about purchases, registrations and support.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message, or write to us and ask to be removed. See “Text messages (SMS)” above.
- Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Support@LifePulseInc.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us which one you want. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the law requires.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and offer an opt-out first.
- No discrimination. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price or give you a lesser experience because you exercised a privacy right.
- Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described above, including the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. To appeal, reply to our response and say so.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected: while you are a client or subscriber, and afterwards for the period required for our records, tax and legal obligations. Assessment and journey answers are kept so we can pick your work back up where it stopped. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections to our Site, access controls, and vendors that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our Site links to other properties we operate and to third-party sites — our store and community, podcast platforms, video platforms and partner organizations. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make a material change we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date, and where appropriate notify you by email. Continuing to use the Site or Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
