We have all been there before. We are doing something, eating something, or thinking something that just doesn't belong in our body or mind! Instead of trying to "cut" ourselves off of it - the best thing to do is to give ourselves another option...a HEALTHIER OPTION! This is true whether you are trying to eat healthier or BEAT negative thoughts - replace the bad with the good.
