WW #443 - Do it, See it, Hear it - leads to Achieve it!

Updated: Dec 21, 2025

We all have different learning styles: Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic. But if you want to turn a task into a lifestyle, you can’t rely on just one. You need to engage all three.

When you see it, hear it, and do it, your learning becomes deeper, stronger, and far more sustainable. This simple approach can transform anything you want to learn into something you naturally live out.

Learn in All Three Ways

If you want to master something — a skill, a system, a habit, a goal — use this process:

  1. See it – visuals, written instructions, diagrams, charts.

  2. Hear it – conversations, audio, teaching, repetition.

  3. Do it – hands-on practice, movement, real-world execution.

When all three learning pathways are activated, the brain absorbs information faster and retains it longer. This is how you turn knowledge into consistent action.

How We Use This at Life Pulse

At Life Pulse, every training program is built around this principle. Whether we’re working with clients, teams, or employees, we ensure every participant sees the material, hears the concepts, and physically practices the actions.

Yes, everyone has a preferred style:

  • Some can read something once and understand it immediately.

  • Some remember anything they hear.

  • Some need to physically do it to truly learn.

But while each person has a favorite, we all learn through all three styles. That’s why this method works universally, for all people, in all backgrounds, with all learning types.

Do It. See It. Hear It. Live It.

As with everything we teach at Life Pulse, we only share tools that are universally applicable. These three learning styles apply to everyone.

No matter what you are trying to improve — habits, communication, organization, performance — use the simple formula: Do it. See it. Hear it.

You’ll get more out of your efforts, your goals, and your life.
