\ \ For accountability to be effective it must be adaptable. Being adaptable means that a person can function in whatever environment he may be in and can handle whatever tasks he is given. However, adaptability doesn\'92t just come from within an individual. It must also come from the culture of an organization.\ \ Because of these, it is so important for leaders to create a culture of adaptability ad accountability within their team and organization. This culture of adaptability would mean that team members have the mindset to embrace change ad continuous improvement.\ \
