This is the only emotion, we can choose to feel or not feel by ourselves. It does not need any outside influence that will cause you to feel it, it is your choice. Therefore, choose to be grateful always.
Having a gratitude attitude is a choice that we all could adopt. Furthermore, if we adopt this kind of attitude our perception of things greatly changes as well as our view of life in general.
