How do you transform your life and achieve your greatest potential?  Change is good when it’s intentionally used to improve yourself. Transformation is a cycle and in constant motion. There are stages to this transformation cycle. 

Six Stages of Transformation Cycle

  1. Realize.
    It is to become fully aware of (something) as a fact and understand clearly. This is your self-awareness, your “aha moment”. When you see the need to change. It might be inspired by someone you look up to or you see fear in something that might happen to you.

  2. Release.

    This is when you allow something to move out or flow freely. You begin to let go of the external components of your life that no longer serve you. Liberating yourself of unhealthy habits, patterns of thinking, and beliefs. This in turn creates space for you to reinvent yourself. 

  3. Rebound.

    This is the stage where you bounce back in order to nurture your mind, body and spirit. You need to allow time to process any recent life changes so you can ease into the integration of the next level of transformation. 

  4. Reinvent.

    To change something to become the different kind of person that you want to become. This is a self-focused stage where you are making new choices. These choices should be aligned with the self-realized vision in the first stage. 

  5. Resurrect.

    It is like you are being restored to life. This is when you rise above the obstacles that have held you back in the past. You begin to see life differently and you pay it forward. Consequently, you have found the wisdom on how to truly live life and become the better version of yourself because you are now experiencing a higher state of awareness and enlightenment. 

  6. Respond.

    This is when you ask yourself, “What can I do?” You have now found your new purpose of contributing to making a positive impact on your own life and ultimately to influence others to do the same. In this way, you can become the change you want the world to see.

Life is a cycle and change is inevitable. Strive to change and transform for the better. Embrace life as an ongoing process of transformation and retain a healthy curiosity about each outcome.
