Learning styles fall into three categories: visual learners, auditory learners, and kinesthetic learners. But in life you have to do it, see it and hear it in order to achieve it.

Kinesthetic learners are hands-on learners. They learn best by figuring things out by hand. They do it to learn it.

Visual learners learn through seeing things. They prefer the use of images, maps, and graphic organizers to access and understand new information.

Auditory learners on the other hand learn best by listening. They understand new content through listening and speaking in situations like lectures and group discussions.

If you set a goal for yourself you have to actually take actions to actually do the things necessary in achieving the goal. You have to see it. Visualize that you are in a situation where you already achieve your goal. This will help you understand how your goal looks, feels, and means when you actually achieve it.

It doesn’t matter who you are or what your background is. No difference in a learning or behavioral style, use this concept of Do it, See it, Hear it and you will get more out of all areas of your life.
