Encouragement is the act of giving someone support, confidence, or hope. It removes the need for enforcement. Enforcement, on the other hand, is the act of compelling observance of or compliance with a law, rule, or obligation. Encouragement connotes positivity and kindness.

It feels good to encourage someone to do something rather than enforce it. There is power in encouragement. It can give people the strength to look ahead, move forward, and reach the next goal. When we do “en-courage”, it is as though we actually infuse courage into another person. Somehow things seem a little brighter.

Why is encouragement important?

Encouragement has many benefits, so we should practice these more often. Until we don’t need the enforcement.

Invigoration.

When someone supports us and urges us to really go for it. It refreshed us. That’s where the benefit of a ”fresh set of eyes” comes in. Give your goals a fresh set of eyes, and open yourself up to advice and encouragement from others.

Confidence.

Discouragement is basically the best way of describing a loss of confidence. When you are encouraged it boosts your confidence and fuels you to keep going and move forward.

Guidance

Whatever you are pursuing in life, there are people who have done that and expert on that. When they encourage you to go for it, they will also give you the proper guidance on how to move along.

Accomplishment

For sure, this is the ultimate goal to achieve or complete whatever it is that you want and desire. When you get enough encouragement, it will help you spread your wings and fly because someone else other than yourself believes in you. This will help you accelerate to accomplish your goal.

Encouragement changes the world. Therefore it removes the need for enforcement. It leads to confidence, which leads to action, and leads to accomplishment.
